Intake checks the study context and acquisition signals first. The pipeline then applies motion correction and runs image-quality checks before a subspecialty reader is considered. A successful QC pass means the study clears the automated quality gate with usable cine images and no review-triggering quality flag.

An automated QC failure or a flagged finding triggers review. The on-call reader is paged only when human review is needed; studies that clear the quality gate without a flagged finding do not create an unnecessary page.
